2017. január 7. Kihelyezett közgyűlés a visegrádi Thermal Hotelben.
A korábbi évek hagyományaihoz hűen, az év kezdetén most is értékeltük az elmúlt esztendőt és meghatároztuk az idei év feladatait, programjait.
A közgyűlésen a következő programtervet fogadta el a borrend tagsága 2017-re:
Január 24. – A 2016-ban meghirdetett Pannónia Aranygyűrű Alapítvány pályázatára beérkezett pályázati anyagok elbírálása.
Február 6. – Borrendi ülés.
Március 9. – A Pannónia Aranygyűrű Alapítvány díjkiosztó gálavacsorája a Gerbeaud Átriumban.
Április 13. - Borrendi ülés.
Április 19-23. Madrid – Április 20. Thyssen-Bornemissza Múzeum Borbemutató, kóstoltatás 6 magyar borvidék borai , Április 21. Borászatok látogatása
Május 27. – Borrendi ülés
Július 14-16. – Borrendi szakmai kirándulás Szekszárdon.
Augusztus 12. – Borrendi ülés
Szeptember eleje – Borrendi ülés
Október 4. – Gálavacsora Mészáros Pál, a „2016. év Bortermelője Magyarországon-díj” nyertese tiszteletére.
2017. március 9. A Pannónia Aranygyűrű Alapítvány díjkiosztó gálavacsorája a Gerbeaud Átriumban.
A borrendünk által létrehozott Pannónia Aranygyűrű Alapítvány 2016-ban 4. alkalommal hirdette meg pályázatát fiatal borászok számára.
A felhívásra 11 fiatal, tehetséges borász küldte el pályázati anyagát: egy rövid kis videofilmet, amely borkészítési filozófiáját és munkásságának bemutatását tartalmazta, valamint egy palack, általa készített bort.
A bírálatot végző zsűri január 24-én értékelte a beérkezett anyagokat és vakkóstoló keretében a borokat is.
Az ünnepélyes eredményhirdetésre a patinás Gerbeaud Átriumban került sor, mintegy 120 vendég jelenlétében. Az eseményre valamennyi pályázaton részt vett borász meghívást kapott és a vacsorán felszolgált ételekhez is a pályázók által készített borokat kínáltuk a vendégeknek.
A Pannónia Aranygyűrű Alapítvány által meghirdetett pályázat 2016. évi nyertese a szekszárdi ifj. Heimann Zoltán lett, 2015-ös Céh Kereszt Kadarkájával.
Második helyezést ért el Jarecsni János tokaji borász, Naparany 2015 száraz furmintjával.
A harmadik helyen Zsirai Kata mádi borász végzett, aki a 2015-ös évjáratú Középhegy Tokaji furmintjával pályázott.
A díjazottak – a felajánlásoknak köszönhetően - számos értékes ajándékkal gazdagodtak az est folyamán.
A felhívásra jelentkezett mind a 11 fiatal borásznak gratulálunk és további munkájukhoz sok sikert kívánunk!

7 January 2017 – Off‑site General Assembly at the Thermal Hotel Visegrád
In keeping with the traditions of previous years, we began the new year by reviewing the past one and defining the tasks and programmes for the year ahead.
At the general assembly, our members approved the following programme plan for 2017:
24 January – Evaluation of the applications submitted for the Pannonia Golden Ring Foundation competition announced in 2016.
6 February – Wine Order meeting.
9 March – Award Ceremony and Gala Dinner of the Pannonia Golden Ring Foundation at the Gerbeaud Atrium.
13 April – Wine Order meeting.
19–23 April, Madrid –
20 April: Wine presentation and tasting at the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum featuring wines from six Hungarian wine regions.
21 April: Visits to wineries.
27 May – Wine Order meeting.
14–16 July – Professional excursion to Szekszárd.
12 August – Wine Order meeting.
Early September – Wine Order meeting.
4 October – Gala dinner in honour of Pál Mészáros, winner of the “Winemaker of the Year in Hungary 2016” award.
9 March 2017 – Pannonia Golden Ring Foundation Award Ceremony at the Gerbeaud Atrium
The Pannonia Golden Ring Foundation, established by our Wine Order, announced its competition for young winemakers for the fourth time in 2016.
A total of 11 young, talented winemakers submitted applications, each consisting of a short video presenting their winemaking philosophy and professional work, along with a bottle of wine they had produced.
The jury evaluated the submissions on 24 January, including a blind tasting of the wines.
The festive award ceremony took place in the prestigious Gerbeaud Atrium, attended by around 120 guests. All applicants were invited, and the wines served with the dinner were selected from the entries submitted for the competition.

1st place: Zoltán Heimann Jr. (Szekszárd) – Céh Kereszt Kadarka 2015
2nd place: János Jarecsni (Tokaj) – Naparany 2015 Dry Furmint
3rd place: Kata Zsirai (Mád) – Középhegy Tokaji Furmint 2015
